company’s immediate objective is to strengthen, stabilize and fully
systematize Pancit ng Taga Malabon into a full chain.
Four-star restaurant by 1992 and make it the first Native Fast-food
Chain operating like locally known fast food chains, competing effectively
against American and other foreign franchise.
Since
the company has established its own identity and line of specialty
commodity, which is traditionally Filipino, it is on this strength that
the intended growth shall revolve.
To
achieve our goal, branches shall be expanded in the areas of Baclaran and
Monumento to establish a more firm and stronger footing.
Meanwhile, the ideal system is now being designed by highly
reliable systems experts in the Fast Food Restaurant business.
Part of the systems study is the identification of the right kind
of equipment and lay out to meet the expected results.
It is a total system approach, which shall cover all the existing
Pancit ng Taga Malabon outlets and hopes to achieve another First in the
Philippines Food Industry.
