Antonio
V. Cruz, President and Chief Executive Officer leads ESI.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Preparatory MEDICINE and has
attended various training in the food business. Mr. Cruz is also a
graduate of the University of the East where he took up major in
Marketing, minor in Management. He has been involved in different food industry researches
nationwide.
Its
competent executives and managers who are graduates of top universities
back up ESI. The corporation
has seven departments and these are: Accounting,
Purchasing, Commissary or the Central Kitchen, Human Resources, Legal and Administration, Maintenance and, Auditing.
The
different departments are set to ensure that in every aspect of their
function, they are committed to Total Customer Satisfaction.
