He just LOVES the kids. As a certified therapy dog he has done some demonstrations for children's groups. In our presentation he brings his friend "Blue" the dachshound, and they help the kids see how different we can be and still be great friends.
Vic finished his CD (7/27/03) we are so proud of him. We will begin our training for the next level. He learns very quicly, and hopefuly will be ready to title in 6 months. We will see. Vic is also training in Agility. Vics' place is by my side. He goes everywhere with me. He sleeps at my bed, and keeps his eye on the place when I am sleeping. Vic is high in prey drive and will playfully stalk the cats and chickens. He loves to track and will be getting titled in it when we are done with his obediance and Agility. His hips are OFA good and elbows are clear. Vic is 26" at the shoulder, and weights about 80lbs. He is good for improving type, color,and size. He produces nice bone, and great temperments.

Vic does a great deal of Social work for the community. Today he went to help children understand "Safety", along with some of his other famous K-9 Friends. This is his most favorite thing to do. He loves the kids. And is very good with the smaller children and the older adults that are affraid of big dogs.
Vic really loves to do his bitework. I have dabbled in the sport of Schutzhund. He loves to track and his obediance is wonderful. I have not titled him in SCH because I wanted to do Therapy with him. This is his calling. He is 6 years old now and I have decided instead of spending all the time it will take for the training for him to get his SCH titles, that we are going to focus on our Obediance titles and retire. I am not willing to take the chance on him getting hurt.
