Welcome to the Escaflowne Section

Hotmoi Kanzaki is a normal 15-year old teen who loves Tarot Cards, and has a crush on her track coach. But one day a mysterious guy appears and sllays a dragon, which aren't supposed to be real. When he goes back to where he came from he takes Hitmoi with her. She gets transported to the mythical world of Gaea and learns that the boy, Van Fanel, is the new king of Fanelia.There she encounters Guymelefs, huge Mechas used for battle, that are used to fight the evil Zaibach Empire-- a group who thinks can rule the land of Gaea.

The 26 episode series of Escaflowne is a great Anime with great special effects, such as the time, the Zaibach Guymelefs go to stealth mode and turn on their cloaking device. The Vision of Escaflowne is a great Anime for any Anime-Lover. Unfortunately Foxkids cut it off half-way through the season so the only way to view it is by VHS/DVD. 13-UP
