THE BODY CLEANING PROGRAM
PART TWO
THE CLEANSING OF THE LUNGS,
BLOODSTREAM AND LYMPHATIC SYSTEMS

This is part two of the Body Cleansing Program.  It is highly recommended that you complete Part One of this program first, cleaning the colon, liver, and kidneys.  It is important to have these elimination organs clean and in good working order prior to cleaning the bloodstream and the lymphatic system.

This next cleanse will loosen cholesterol, fatty deposits, excess minerals and proteins, drug deposits, smoke, and any foreign matter that may be stuck in the body.  These loosened toxins will head toward the kidneys, liver, and the intestines on their way out of the body.  The lungs also act as elimination ports and will take care of some of the load.  If the liver has not been cleaned and "backflushed", it may overload and have trouble filtering out these poisons.  This may cause it to send bile and poisons to the skin (also an elimination organ) causing a yellowing, or may manifest other sickness-like symptoms.  You may continue doing periodic liver flushes and taking the herbal combinations for the intestines, liver, and kidney while working on the lungs, bloodstream, and lymphatic system.  Separate the taking of each combination by at least twenty minutes.

A two week "building  break" between Part I and the lung cleaning is often beneficial: stop taking the cleansing herbs and concentrate on the building herbs and eating your normal diet.

Lungs and Sinus Cleanse

It is now time to clean out the lungs and sinus areas.  The lungs serve a dual purpose.  They are the main supply center for the bloodstream to receive oxygen, and they filter the air and eliminate toxic gassed from the body.  Every cell of the body is an individual unit requiring a constant supply of gases carried system where the blood loops through the lungs and is pumped by the heart to every cell of the body.  the lymphatic system is am open liquid filter consisting of the lymph nodes or the central filtering plants located in the neck, armpits, hips and chest.  These nodes produce fluids that keep the body clean and infection free.  They are connection points for tubes coming from the neck, chest, abdominal, and hip areas.  The tubes open into the exit points ( with the help of the bloodstream).  The sinuses secrete fluids that aid in the cleaning of the gases coming in through these fluids must be periodically flushed out and cleaned to prevent a breakdown in the immunity system.  The result of cleaning out the body will be a state of greater health and a level of higher energy.  A heightened awareness may also occur.

The Lung Cleanse is a very important next step in your program, as the lungs are a major exit point for many of the toxins picked up by the lymphatic system.  The bloodstream and lymphatic system are the tubular transport systems for moving the lymph fluids and toxins towards the exit points.  The kidneys and the liver filter a large part of the toxins out of the blood, but as the blood moves through the lungs to receive oxygen, what toxins are left are filtered by the mucus membranes in the lungs.  The sinuses and the lungs also serve to filter the incoming air.  The lungs and sinus periodically clean themselves out by a process commonly called a "cold".  This cold is actually a cleansing reaction and is frequently brought on or triggered by the presence of micro-parasites or viruses.  Changing weather that makes the lungs expand and contract may also trigger the cleansing reaction.

By periodically cleaning out your own lungs using herbs and liquids, you have more control.  When nature is left to run its course and the lungs are forced into an emergency cleaning (the heavy cold or flu), the reaction can last much longer and be more uncomfortable than when you plan and carry out your own cleansing program.  As the herbs loosen the stuck material in the filtering screens of the lungs it will start to be eliminated out of the body.

Do not suppress the drainage that occurs during this reaction.  Do not take antihistamines or decongestant drugs that counter-act the flush.  This is important to prevent loosened material from settling back in the body, likely causing a more severe reaction at a later time.  As the lungs clean, your body is able to use more of the oxygen you breathe in, resulting in an increase of energy.
Everyone needs to do this lung cleansing.  There is a constant bombardment of poisons harassing the lungs and the entire body.  The air is full of toxic matter that is breathed into the lungs with every breath.;  The toxins are coming from exhaust, smoke, dust, and micro-parasites in the air. Some toxins such ass nicotine and tar from cigarette smoke are very difficult to remove because they adhere to the cell tissue so stubbornly.  Dust and carbon particles are removed more quickly.

We are constantly exposed to poisons in the air.  To avoid prolonging this cleansing reaction, periodic lung cleanses are recommended.  After the initial cleanse, a two week herbal cleanse about every three months is recommended for maximum health and vitality.  Take the herbal combination until the cleansing reaction starts, then work with your body to eliminate excesses.  Drink plenty of warm herb teas made from any single or combination of the herbs listed. Eliminate completely and quickly.  Try using the Lower Bowel and Kidney formulas during this reaction, as they may help ease the congestion in the lungs.

Cloves, Cayenne, Elderberry leaves, Linden Flowers.

Take hot baths and wrap warmly.  Exercise, and especially breathe deeply and completely through the nose.

BLOODSTREAM AND LYMPHATIC SYSTEM

Now that the lungs and sinus have begun cleaning, you can start working on the bloodstream and lymphatic system.  You may still take the lower bowel, liver, kidney, and lung formulas every other day or so during the continued cleansing.  This will help to quickly move out the stuck material being eliminated from the tubes in your body.  By using some of these herbs in Sun Tea every day you can take less in capsule form.

There are miles of blood tubes in your body, some only the diameter of one cell.  Herbs are the scrub brushes for these.  You may find it necessary to take two or three different capsules to get a complete balance of herbs for the blood and heart.  take these capsules daily except one day a week when it is recommended that you fast from all eating and drinking.

Lymphatic System

The Lymphatic System is the garbage collection system of the body.  It is a ductless fluid system with the main collection centers, the lymph nodes.  The white blood cells fight infection and help to clean the cell tissue, then the lymph fluids carry the dead blood cells and poisons to the lymph nodes to be picked up by the bloodstream and carried to the exit points  Exercise  is the most important ingredient in milking and draining the toxins in hot tubs and certain herbs will help.  The lymph is a major factor in fighting infection and in having a strong immunity towards micro-parasites and disease.

Lymphatic Formula may contain:
Blue flag, Echinacea, Golden Seal Root,
Poke Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Yucca, Alfalfa,
Chaparral, Burdock, Black Cohosh, Yarrow,

Food and Diet

In the cleaning of the lower organs it was necessary to have a restricted diet.  This was especially true for the rapid elimination of parasites..  With the cleaning of the lungs, bloodstream, and lymphatic system the diet need not be so restricted but following certain guidelines will make the process move along more smoothly.  The body will be working hard to eliminate the toxin-filled fluids and mucus.  You can help make you need.  It is best not to drink uncooked milk at all.  Small amounts of natural ice cream will add extra mucus to aid the cleaning process.  Yogurt and kefir have live bacteria and too much will cause an unnecessary buildup within your body.  Red meat is very hard to digest, fish is much easier.  The most optimum foods for cleaning are fresh fruits.  A "watermelon only" diet for one or two days is a good blood cleaner.  It is best to eat your vegetables uncooked for most value.  Eat a good variety of vegetables.  When you shop, get in the habit of adding vegetables to your selection that you have not tried or do not buy regularly.  This variety will give you the most well-rounded assortment of vitamins and minerals.

It is recommended that at least 75% of your diet be raw food.  Fresh sprouts are an excellent source of protein.  In making salads use dark green leaves instead of iceberg lettuce.  Add a variety of finely watercress, cilantro, dandelion greens, oregano, basil, tarragon, hot peppers, carrot tops, beet tops, mustard greens, celery leaves, and the many other greens available from the supermarket or your own garden.

Your attitude is most important throughout this entire process of raising your energy level and preventing the degeneration of the human machine.  Look at yourself as a whole being; the physical is the vehicle of the higher self, requiring exercise, rest, maintenance, and an occasional tune-up.  The result of your caring will be a higher degree of happiness.  Doing this cleansing program is a joy and quite fun if you look at it that way.  Your rewards will be great.
