Some years ago, this office had a large and varied contested and uncontested divorce and domestic/family law practice.  Several years ago, it was decided that we would no longer accept domestic cases that were contested.  In this fashion we were able to standardize certain procedures involved in the process and pass along a substantial savings to the client.

Even now, when there are children involved the situation is complicated by this area requiring that BOTH parents MUST attend a special seminar dealing with children and divorce at an additional cost of $40.00 each.  This seminar is very good, but is a requirement of the Court and not of this office.  The fee for this seminar is paid to the seminar provider and not to this office.
