Minor NPCs
Minor NPCs are Non Player Characters run by the Dungeon Master that will only be interacting with the Player Characters on a limited basis. They are shopkeepers, beggars, and commoners that for the most part are dressing for settings. Minor NPCs may become Major NPCs if the players choose to have them along for an extended amount of time. A bar patron with a sword that the PCs choose to hire for his skills is an example of this occurance.
