Dust Bowl Apprentice League

Dust Bowl League's current news highlight(s): Scheduled T2 tournament on Saturday 01/20 at 5:00 p.m. pacific, 7:00 central, 8:00 eastern time. This will be the first PRIZE tournament for The Dust Bowl. If you live in a foriegn country with different time zones, please ask an American in the PWL chatroom or an mIRC channel what time it is and what time zone they live in so you can find your what time you have to come to the tournament. All further details will be told at the actual tourney. Expect it to be at least 3 hours. Also, the tourney will have a few roounds of swiss followed by the top 4.

Please tell your friends about the league and the tourney so that there will be at least 8 people attending the tournament. All participants in the tourney will need to register as a member of DBL.

The Dust Bowl Apprentice League is a league of online M:tG players that play Apprentice. If you do not have Apprentice yet, download the latest version of it at www.dragonstudios.com. All the league's tournaments will be held at the Planeswalker Chatroom(the one that there is a link to) at various times. In case the link doesn't work for you, the url of the chatroom is www.planeswalker.com/chat/index.html

The prize tourney will be in mIRC channel #dbleague on NewNet: random server. Any other NewNet server should work fine also. If you don't have mIRC, you can download it at www.mirc.com. It is basically a internet relay chat program with many users. The tourney is being held here because mIRC lets the channel's controller, the op, dictate more commands. I could kick a spamming user out of the room easily whereas that's impossible in PWL chat. E-mail me if you have ANY problems with mIRC!
