You control this robot and you are placed into a world where you shoot at the creatures while collecting crystals. After you collect all of the items in the stage, you move onto the next stage and so on and so forth. Sometimes the exit is really hard to find, sometimes not. With 81+ stages this game will keep you occupied for awhile.

The music to Crystal Mines is pretty cool. The invincibility sound is catchy while others give the game that space feel.

Crystal Mines is a worth while game to buy. If you like Crystal Mines, also try Joshua and Exodus for Nintendo for they both play similar. For all you Atari Lynx owners, Crystal Mines II* is available on it.
