I remember way back, several years ago. I was three or so at the time. My brother and I were at my Uncle's house. My brother and I were basically just putting in time for we were bored. Finally my Aunt's sons, Matt and Andrew invited my brother and I to play Nintendo. I went up stairs to play. My brother had heard of Nintendo at school, yet he didn't know what it was. I didn't know what Nintendo was either, but I went up anyway. My brother did not want to come up, but finally we convinced him of coming up.

When we all got upstairs, Matt and Andrew put Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt in the Nintendo system and boy was my brother and I amazed at what we saw. Matt and Andrew told us that Super Mario Bros. had four levels. Now we both know that this is obviously false. At the time we believed them though. We took turns playing and we had thought that the fourth stage of Super Mario Bros. was the mall. We had also gone down the tree stage yet we now know you cannot do that either. We probably just thought that was what we were seeing, after all the Nintendo universe was new to us at the time.

After a while, we decided to play Duck Hunt. We did better at Duck Hunt then Super Mario Bros. We both thought the dog was funny.

Finally it was time to leave. Nintendo had made a big impression on both of us. In 1990, we got a Nintendo for Christmas.
