Rules & Deck Construction

Each player must build a deck using 200 points. It cost 1 point for each mana used in the base casting cost of a spell. For example if you wanted to include a Flametongue Kavu in your deck he would cost 4 points because his casting cost is 3 and Blaze would cost 1 because the casting cost is X (where X equals zero). Lands would cost nothing to include. There is not deck size limit for this format, but each player must have 200 points in their deck. You may not have more then or less then 200 Points
