Prismatic is an Extended
Constructed format with special rules and
deck building constraints.
Deck Construction: Each deck must be a minimum of 250
cards. Of those cards, there must be at least 20 cards of each color.
Multicolored cards only count towards one color, not all colors in their
mana
costs.
Mulligan Rules: Before anybody decides on Paris (normal) mulligans,
any player with 0, 1, 6, or 7 lands may take a free mulligan by showing
his or her hand to the other players, shuffling it back into the deck,
and drawing seven new cards. Whenever a player takes this free mulligan,
any other player may also shuffle his or her hand away and draw a new
one (this doesn't count as taking your special mulligan).
After all players have had a chance to take the special mulligan, they
may take the standard Paris mulligans
as normal.
