Rainbow Stairwell Online Rules In this format you must build a deck that is structured in a way that you
use all 5 colors and
artifacts in the deck. Your deck must consist of 6 cards from each color
and artifacts. You much have 1 of each casting cost for each color
ranging from 1-6. The 6 cards must contain at least one of
each color. You many not use any gold cards. FOR EXAMPLE: your White section might look like:

this for all 5 colors and for artifacts. Then you may choose any 24 land Banned
