 About Tiberium |
Tiberium is named after the Tiber river in Italy where it was first
found. Tiberium is an alien life form that appeared after a meteorite crashed
near the Tiber river. It seems to be spreading by means of conveance unknown.
Now over 200 areas of the world's landscape is affected by tiberium deposits.
Little is known of where Tiberium has come from but a team of scientists
headed by Dr. Mobius is unraveling the tiberium mystery. What is known
as of now is that Tiberium is spreading rapidly and altering the environment
drastically to suit its alien nature. In the words of Dr. Mobius the future
of the entire planet may be in jeopardy.

Tiberium
Tiberium, rich in precious minerals and gases, can be harvested, refined,
and sold at a minimum of mining expense. However Tiberium is highly toxic
and anyone in or near a tiberium field without the proper protection is
in danger of being poisoned. Tiberium poisoning affects human DNA, reproduction,
immune, and respiratory systems as well as other human organs. Exposing
your troops should be avoided at all costs. |

Tiberium Trees
Spore trees are Tiberium infected plant life most comonly found in a
fields of Tiberium. They launch deadly toxic spores into the air which
aids the spreading of tiberium. Exposure to this spore is also discouraged. |

Visceroid
The Visceroid is a mutated lifeform that is mobile this mutation caused
by Tiberium at this stage it is unkown what the Visceroids purpose is or
what it mutated from but we do know it is a hostile lifeform. It attacks
on contact with any units it has a chemical gas weapon that sprays Tiberium
gas and it is a tremoundously effective weapon against everything we have. |

Tree Mutations
Tree Mutations have been noticed by Commanders around the globe and
I am sure many civilains have seen this ugly site before also. Here we
witness the mutation of a normal tree into a Tiberium Spore Tree this happens
when Tiberium comes in contact with a tree and it mutates it into a Spore Tree to spread Tiberium even further. |
