First off, a tad of rantish stuff.
I rearranged the guns into more categories, my first new class of guns is Very Light Pistol, because I know that there IS a class of weapons between light and HO that are semi-automatic. Most of these guns are small calibers like .32ACP and .380ACP and stuff like that.
VLP is actually the equivilant of FASA's Light Pistol class, since they're either really shitty nine's or .380's. Of course, since FASA never gave any specifics on their guns, except for the Predator's, they're 10mm, and a few guns that exist in a form now that have a caliber I know. Like the Hammerli. Hammerli's are .22LR, .22 Short, and sometimes .32. In FoF, it's listed as 6L damage. Browning has always made guns as primarily .40, and later on, 9mm. Ceska Scorpions are .32ACP, again, a 6L weapon. The small Walther weapons are .380ACP, always have been. So looking at that, and comparing damage and a lot of various FASA material and gun spec charts, I took large heavy pistols, full-size 9mm's, .40's, and .45's and left them alone, smaller ones became Light Pistols, and anything that as previously a Light, became a VLP.
The second class technically existed, but there was only ONE of them. In a design that's several hundred years old now, and still have just as much a share of the market as automatics, I listed a few more, and gave them their own class, since they all fire with the same mechanism. Revolvers. All fire using range appropriate to damage class, and caseless ammo has no effect on cylinder capacity (duh!).
End 'o rantin'.
Oh, one last note. I mentioned that not all of the guns are existing weapons. Little footnotes after each gun will denote guns from alternate sources. Guns that have accessories or options have them listed on the next line.
Pretty much every gun here is a weapon that at one point in time intrigued me, was used in a movie I saw, by a character I designed, or I just thought was interesting. Which means that a lot of them are uncommon, or at least, not terribly well known. That being the case, questions on any of them you can just ask me, especially about the ones with footnotes.

Well the list of guns quickly got beyond the size of sanity. I hadn't noticed how long the file was, it's been a while since I actually printed it out, so it's now divided into several sub-categories;

Light Small Arms; Small pistols, from holdout to light.

Mid-range Small Arms; Heavy pistols, Submachine guns, and Revolvers.

Long Guns; Shotguns and various rifles.

Miscellaneous Things; Ammo and new weapon accessories.

Old guns; Old stuff... just because.
