- #88a
Date: Tuesday, April 24, 2001 this is it guys. no procrastination this time, no excuses. we have to do this, and do it right. to reiterate our goals, we need 1,000 (minimum) posters and/or postcards to both the wb and to scifi. for each poster or postcard you send to warner bros., you must send one to scifi. it's going to be tough and expensive, but have we been here all these years for nothing? we're going to make history with this guys, if done right. no other show (with 13 episodes), that we are aware of, has been resurrected after this much time has gone by, and we are close!! this is our biggest push, if we don't succeed this time, we don't know where we'll go from here. WE ESPECIALLY NEED OUR OVERSEAS FANS to participate. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, GIVE THIS YOUR ALL!!! we have had so much positive feedback lately, and continue to receive so much support behind the scenes. guys, we just can't tell you enough, send as many posters and postcards as you financially feel you can. we are going to start at midnight tonight, and go for approximately 3 weeks. try to spread your mailings out a little bit. if you are going to send 20 to each, send a few each day for 4 or 5 days. we want to keep prey in their heads for as long as possible, without losing the effect of our numbers.“ The addresses you will be sending your postcards, letters etc. to are: Ms.
Bonnie Hammer
Peter
Roth
For new postcards with flags, posters and other great images you can use click here, here and here. Some
printing advice (thanks, Kiera):
Open a word processing new document. Insert the picture. It should be the correct size (for the postcards they will need to be cut out after printing, the picture is official USPS postcard sized, posters will be a bit smaller than a letter sized piece of paper. For the postcards, you will need to print the picture on one side, then run your cardstock through the printer again to print the text on the other. Be sure to line them up on opposite edges of your page or they won't match.“ |
