We have developed retail projects in Texas and Mississippi with feasability studies defining the goals and objectives of our clients. Budgets are developed based on these studies and quality of materials identified.

Other Retail Facilities are identified as follows:

1. La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, 10,000 s.f. facility located in Jackson, Mississippi. The Project was completed in 1989.

2. Hancock Fabric Outlet Center, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The new three hundred thousand dollar facility was completed in 1988.

3. Bowie Audio Visual, Ridgeland, Mississippi. The new, two hundred seventy five thousand dollar facility was completed in 1988.

4. Traditional Jewelers, North Park mall, Ridgeland, Mississippi. The interior project included wall & floor marble, lighted floor casework, and lighted ceiling coffers. Project completed in 1997.

5. Traditional Jewelers, Edgewood Mall, McComb, Mississippi. Project Completed in 1998.

America Multi Cinema / Plano, Texas, Seven-Plex Theatre
This project was developed on property in Plano Texas and the AMC theatre prototype modified to meet the unusual shape of the property. Several brick and split face cmu colors were used to add interest to the exterior fasad. Tivoli lights were mounted on the top parapet wall for p.m. accent lighting. In addition, 8" x8" precast concrete units were constructed with the AMC logo cast into the concrete.

At the center of the building we developed a half circle ticket counter with brick & cmu accents.
