We at SanDiegoBodywork.com have a unique approach to body/mind therapy. Having been trained in a number of Asian and European massage techniques, we are able to create a custom wellness plan for each of our clients. We emphasize client education, to ensure that your therapy is not limited to your time spent with us. One way we accomplish this is by teaching each of your employees a number of simple stretches they can do at their desks. These stretches will reduce the tension and pain they experience between massages.

We want our clients to get the greatest benefit from our services. To accomplish this, we focus our massages on the problem areas of each individual client. Before each session, we ask our clients to fill out a very brief questionnaire (HxTxC Chart) that informs us of any preexisting pain or medical condition. Over time we can review these questionnaires to determine what progress has been made.
