Relaxing Face, Hands, and Feet Massage

In this session, the practitioner integrates a relaxing face, neck, and upper body massage with a soothing hands and feet treatment. This combination offers a whole body experience. By using special movements, with some emphasis on The Dr. Vodder Technique, we focus on the often-neglected body parts to improve the health of the tissues. This includes lymph drainage and decongestive therapy techniques that consist of various gentle strokes in the direction of lymph flow in the skin. These techniques can drain the loose connective tissue, increasing absorption into the blood capillaries and lymph flow. These techniques are often used on clients that suffer from stress, muscle spasms (face or neck), chronic and allergic nasal problems, sinusitis, tonsillitis, migraines/headaches, and acne.
