- Rocky died July 31st
- September - Septic tank delivered
- October - Got Rufus!
- November - Painted sawmill
- December - Bought snow blower and forklift attachments for tractor
- Mike built a tree jack

- January - Used sawmill for the 1st time
- March - Mike built cant-hooks for turning logs
- April - Had gravel delivered ( 7-yards in prep. for concrete mixing)
- May - Septic System work continues
- Trenches are professionally dug - infiltrators are in place
- June - More septic system progress
- Distribution box in place
- Inlet/outlet pipes in place
- Propane tank (1000 gallon) purchased
- July - Made some vigas
- Moved the transportainer
- Felled trees with full-size back-hoe
- August - bought concrete mixer
- started sawmill shed
- bought a hammock
- September - posts and roof up for sawmill shed
- November - built solar shed

- March - solar equipment (panels, batteries etc.) installed
- July - Elektra is born!
- October - camping with Elektra for the 1st time

- April - Mike damages the sawmill shed by felling a tree on top of it (fortunately only one corner sustains the damage and it's not structural damage!)
- October - Mike buys a brand new saw mill!
