Unchain the Beast
The self-destructive nature of Cainites can be turned against them by an elder who possesses this formidable power. With a glance the vampire can awaken the Beasts of her enemies, causing physical in jury and excruciating agony as the victim's own violent impulses manifest in physical from to tear him apart from within. A target of this power erupts into a fountain of blood and gore as claw bite and wounds form an invisable source spontaneously tear his flesh asunder.
SYSTEM: The character makes eye contact with the intended victim. The player spends 3 blood points and rolls Manipulation + Intimidation difficulty victims self-control+4. Each success inflicts one health level of lethal damage, which can be soaked normally. A botch inflicts one health level of lethal damage on the character for "1" rolled. This damage can also be soaked normally.

Level 9
False Slumber
Possibly the souce of many Malkavian's conviction that their sire is alive and well on the astral plane, this power allows a Methuselah's spirit to leave his body while in torpor. While seemingly asleep, the vampire is able to project astrally, think and perceive events normally.
SYSTEM: No roll is needed.

Celerity


The ability to move with amazing swiftness.
System: Expend 1 bloodpoint. The next turn she gets an addidtional action for each point of Celerity she possesses. With Celerity of 3 she may prefom 4 actions.

Level 8
Zephyr
Zephyr produces an effect vaguely similat to one of the legenday comic book-style uses of enhanced speed, allowing it's practitioner to run so fast he can run across water (he's moving so fast he doesn't have time to sink.) Particularly successful applications of Zephyr allow a vampire to go so far as to run up walls and, in at least one recorded instance, across a ceiling, though the latter is more of a parlor trick than anythying else.
SYSTEM: Spend one blood and one willpower point.
This requires concentration and can not be used with any combination of attack.
