2002 Check out the articles from 'The Times' from April
2002,where we get a mention as they searched for the source of the poem
that the Queen used to preface the Order of Service at the Queen
Mothers' funeral. I had used the same supportive words on my tribute
page to Ruth and they requested my help in finding the anonymous source!

For those with an interest in our
family's Genealogy and have a Family Tree with over 3000 names
going back to King Kenneth II (of Scotland) who was
crowned in the year 975. Our main family tree page shows the
descendants of 'Highland' Donald McLeman, originally from Avoch, who
took his family to Broadsea (Fraserburgh) in the mid 1700's. If you are
a "McLeman" with a Fraserburgh connection the chances are that we are not
too distantly related! We are in 'e-contact' with McLeman's all
over the world and are really pleased to have any additional input! The
tree
also now has links to a growing gallery of photos!

The derivation of our name is
believed to be from 'McLamont-= Son

Andrew's

We also have a 'passing'
interest in Personal Car Registrations and have a page
with some interesting combinations seen around Edinburgh! Personal Registrations
The local church's web site is
also 'maintained by us. Visit the site and find out how
the church was selected over the internet for a wedding
by a couple from Atlanta and how we all got involved -
