This is subject to change, but word is that this date came from the director himself. Rumors that Jason X would be direct to video are SQUASHED. New Line wants to give this $14 million puppy a theatrical run, and 22MARCH2002 is the date that has been picked. 22MARCH2002. Got it? 22MARCH2002.
For those of you who feel like you'll burst having to wait that long, here's a few things availible for HalloweeN this year...
Check your local (and on-line) costume shops for this Jason X mask. It's also availible in a child's costume set at K-Mart and BigK stores. The child's costume looks to fit 3 to 5 year olds (and the mask will be way to small for your head), but you can dress your wee one in style. The costume includes a shirt with the half robotic/half zombie look and two hand covers (not gloves but flaps of material that cover the back of the hand). The costumes sells around here for $19.95, but your price may vary. The mask price is unknown, but probably anywhere from $30-$50. |
