....... Well, I can start from the top. My dad, Andy Abrams, delivered me (like doctors do to babies... that's what he did for me). And the EARLIEST memory I have of him is being this really tall man chasing me calling me "geber". But yeah, i looked up to that man since diapers... I spent a lot of time with my dad in my early years. But I am definitely a "Momma's Boy"...
....... Life was pretty simple back in the day. I remember when I went to school in first grade ( a very private and HARD school I hated) my dad drove me and we talked and stuff. Anyway... that's what kids do, nothing too big. me and my dad were TITE when I was in first grade.. Cuz I was learning Gung-Fu- a martial art that dealt with animals... Anyway that was a "father and son bonding experience"... Uh.. Yeah.. Life goes on... I kinda fell out of the whole "fighting" stage.
....... My life is going on... i'm hardly aware of what my dad does. ALL I knew was that he came home with a bunch of McDonald's toys... Little did I know he was the general manager of like all the stores in the Jackson Metro area. I do remember him not being able to spend as much time with us cuz of work... but then he had a lot of time... He started working at the Voice of Calvary Ministries. He was like the head/founder of the Family Life Center. Around that time Mom and Dad started the Youth group at out church called Genesis. And he was also preaching on a regular basis at the church. So everything was going pretty good for us. Nice happy family... I'm in fifth grade and my dad had some swelling in his leg for a while... so one day he finally went to a clinic.... and that changed our lives forever.
