Griffon's Claw
From a distance this is a beautiful valley surrounded by a claw shaped formation of cliffs. Upon closer inspection it is soon found that the area is filled with swampy ground and many hidden areas of quicksand, This area of the realm is inhabited by trolls that live deep in underground lairs hidden in the cliffs. It is rumored that there is untold wealth in those lairs that has been scavanged from unwitting caravans that ventured in to close and were attacked by the trolls. This is considerd one of the most hostile and dangerous areas in Shadowmere.
