 TMPGEnc Audio Programs version 1.0 is a bundled package of external audio programs for use with the TMPGEnc family of MPEG encoders. TMPGEnc and TMPGEnc Plus are able to use external audio programs for MP2 & MP3 encoding as well as frequency conversion. The following programs are included in this package: 8hz-mp3 version 0.1.1b, GoGo-No-Coda version 3.13, LAME version 3.90, L3Dec version 2.71, L3Enc version 2.71, SCmpx version 151e02, SSRC version 1.30, tooLAME version0.2l, and WaveFS44 version 0.4. 8Hz-MP3 Encoder is a WAV to MP3 converter. GoGo-No-Coda is a command line MP3 encoder. LAME is a command line MP3 encoder. L3Dec is a command line MP3 decoder. L3Enc is a command line MP3 encoder. SCMPX is a MP2 & MP3 encoder and frequency converter. SSRC is a command line frequency converter. tooLAME is a command line MP2 encoder. WaveFS44 is a command line frequency converter. In addition the following Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) are included: RazorLame version 1.1.5.1342 for LAME, L3DecWin version 1.00 for L3Dec, L3EncWin version 2.01 for L3Enc, and tooLAMEgui version 1.1 for tooLAME. Follow the instructions included in the zip file to install these programs.
