This is the captain's interface with Ensigh Yun Baek at the communications station.

BROADCAST POSITION: ask Ms. Baek to send your vessel's current position to all allied ships.

MISSION OBJECTIVE: contact the Fleet Command to review the mission orders and objectives.

HAIL IN ALL FREQUENCIES: send an open message through all channels.

HAIL FRIENDLY VESSELS: send a message through an encrypted channel.

SEND DISTRESS CALL: broadcast your current position and request immediate assistance. In the single-player mode, press to create a wingman - AI controlled ship - to assist you.

SEND POSITION BUTTON:
Click on to send the other players your vessel's current coordinates in a multiplayer match.

DISTRESS CALL BUTTON:
In single-player games, click to create a random allied ship to support you. In multiplayer matches, click to broadcast your position to other players and ask for urgent assistance.

DOCKING PERMISSION BUTTON:
Click to request permission to dock to a certain space station. The station's coordinates are automatically uploaded to the autopilot buffer.

REVIEW MISSION ORDERS:
Click to display your current mission orders on the main viewer.

INCOMING COORDINATES BUFFER:
Click to upload the coordinates of that vessel into the autopilot buffer.

DISTRESS CALLS BUFFER:
Click to upload the coordinates of the vessel which is requesting assistance to the autopilot buffer. These calls are shown in red and should be attended to as soon as possible.
