Hello and welcome to my page dedicated to my wonderful husband, Ross.

We live at Kaiwera, 20km east of Gore, on Nithdale Station
(3650 acres) where Ross is the Stock Manager.

Ross is very dedicated to his job and has worked on Nithdale for 25 years. He lives for the farming life and going out mustering with his dogs.

Our daughter's first christmas, aged 5 wks.

We have two small children who simply adore their dad and love being out on the farm with him. He is an excellent father who spends as much time as possible with the kids.

His team of working dogs are his pride and joy. We only keep bitches and normally have anywhere between eight to ten of them, plus pups as we breed alot of pups. At the moment we have only seven working dogs; huntaways Kate, Lee, Elle and newly-purchased Pearl, and heading dogs Jan, Zoe and Lace. We also have two young heading pups; Mint and Dream.

Ross enjoys sheep dog trialing, but the thing he loves most, besides me and the kids, I would have to say would be rugby. He is the number one fan of the Otago Highlanders and especially Josh Kronfeld.
In his spare time (what's that !!!) he likes to watch satelite television, especially rugby and cowboy films. He adores Liz Hurley (but I don't mind) and I have finally managed to get him hooked on Shortland Street, New Zealand's hottest soap.
