This is a picture I took on Thanksgiving weekend, 1995... I was returning from Vegas and there was a bad wreck on I-15 which stopped traffic for almost an hour. People just got out of their cars and stretched their legs.


The desert view in these shots is fairly typical of how much of the I-15 drive generally looks out in the middle of the Mojave. (Not sure anymore exactly where this traffic jam happened, but seems like I was still in Nevada like between Jean and Primm...)
