More coming soon here, whenever I get a chance to add stuff... But with so much LV info already on the web, I'll try to avoid redundancy. Emphasis will instead be on personal experiences and (hopefully) useful pointers.

The Frugal Gambler

The low-rollers 'bible' by the so-called "Queen of Comps" Jean Scott. How to stretch a Vegas dollar as far as possible. Also see their website:

Basic Blackjack

Stanford Wong

When people say "play by the book" this is the book! One of the first modern primers on Basic Strategy, still a classic. Hey, in the casino just use the little strategy card from the gift shop, but if you're ready to learn more, read this book.

Just a really great newsletter, I think. Like Jean Scott's book (above), Las Vegas Advisor also has primary emphasis on finding the best food & lodging deals, the most-favorable gambling, etc. In fact they keep a running monthly "Top Ten Best Deals in Vegas" which is always interesting, as well as tracking the best video poker, best blackjack rules, etc. Where to find the 99 cent shrimp cocktail, the 75 cent hotdog, the dollar beer, etc... It costs to get an actual full subscription, but they have a free online newsletter,
