More Tractor Links...
Looks like we are going to be adding to the barn this year. My dad, Roy, has found a Super C. He has gotten the Super C and its running great! It needs some paint and decals but other than that its a good tractor. I also found a Cub Cadet original that my daughter will pull this year. We should have fun fixing those up.
I will post pictures when I get a chance.
That give us two F-20s, one each I-12, F-12, M, H, Super C, "M jr."(see the photos for explanation), a cub cadet, two antique case crawlers, and various parts tractors.
How I got Started!
I started collecting antique tractors in 1994 when my Grandfather who was then 88 years old allowed my dad to give me his 1950 International M. Grandpa always took very good care of the tractor and my father used it for several years. I got the tractor and I spent the next 18 months restoring it. After it was done My grandfather saw it and decided that I had done such a good job with it that my son should have the tractor. My son was only 2 years old at the time. Grandpa always seems to get his way so the tractor is now Jake's. This tractor has gone through four generations and never been out of the family since it was new. I enjoy taking the tractor and my family to shows and antique pulls. I have won several trophies with the M and more importantly have an enjoyable time with my family and friends at these events. Grandpa, I'm sorry to say passed away in 2004 at the ripe old age of 98.
