Harvey: Elwood P. Dowd. "Not knowing, I cannot say." Gentleman and friend to Pookas everywhere.

Image number one is a shot of the lobby cards featuring Harvey the Pooka and John Hawkes (You may recognize the image from the bio page) for Elwood P. Dowd.

Image number two is John Hawkes standing in front of "Thor on his horse" - Symbol of Theatre L'Homme Dieu. The first two images are courtesy Rebecca Webb, University of Minnesota, Morris. Photographer and interviewer par excellence.

The third image is from Echo Press of Alexandria, Minnesota. While Hawkes refused outright to be photographed by Ms. Webb without his hat you can see him sans head gear in the publicity photo for the production. His first stage appearance in a decade.

For a JPEG collage of the programme and the last shot, click here. Be warned however, it is a biggie.
