Fan stuff
- Flaky Bandit Billed as the 'One and only John Hawkes fan page,' it features homebrewed reviews, images, news and notices of television broadcasts of films and series that John Hawkes has appeared in. Pretty cool. If it weren't for this site, I wouldn't have much of a darkroom.
- Yahoo club for John Hawkes and Gangster Folk.
- Cartoon Fox. One page with a photo of John Hawkes and Cartoon Fox himself. Hawkes was performing in "Harvey" in Alexandria, Minnesota at the time the picture was taken.

Meat joy was (1982 - 1986) an Austin, Texas punk band. Here is an image of John Hawkes AKA John Boy Perkins in action. Heeeyyyy. Stage, big screen and TV, music . . . . I guess he left the novel writing to the other John Hawkes. That is on the Idle Time Worldwide site. Thanks to Julie and Dixon for the two links.
