Some offices usually exempt interview requirements on case-by-case basis, if score enough pass points without interview, have proof of enough financial ability, did not claim unusually high points for language skills without any proof, or if require no further clarifications on the application. Formal immigration visa application can be submitted and get approved just with Can$500 processing fee of the Canadian government for each adult and Can$100 for each dependent under 18. Right of Landing @Can$975 can pay any time before visa issue for each adult only, none for under 18. From application receipt to visa issue, it require about 8 to 26 months, depending on where the application is being submitted, what is it's work load, but always on first come first serve basis.

         Bangladeshis if apply to Singapore Canadian visa office, can expect interview in Dhaka (having long waiting list), otherwise interview will be held in the office where application was submitted. Present processing time as reported the Singapore office is about 21 months; from complete application receipt and visa issue (as of today). Medical checkup can be held any place through their designated physicians, usually forms are given at interview exemption/time.
