my column this month, I will be discussing how we can re-invent
ourselves, our views and our outlook in life.

"Reinvent Yourself"

In the context of
globalization and competition it is not enough for one just to
survive. One should capitalize on man's being an initiator and
creator. We should have a realistic assessment of our talents,
skills and attitude. It is inevitable to be uniquely
differentiated or reinvent self in his improve version.
One should see to it that he is an added value in the organization
where he or she belongs. An example is, if you are a nurse try to
secure another license and undergo skills training in a related
field like midwifery and later on specialize or take graduate
studies. never limit your views and outlook in a limited
perspective. THINK DIFFERENTLY and
defy all rigid conventions.
The two significant characteristics of a person who wanted to
reinvent himself are:
In a nutshell, any grand plan we have for our
life will be in vain if we are not strategic and pro-active.
...and lastly remember to maintain the
quality of the implementation of our plans. Think about it!
