The Shad Hills Band performed on Sunday, October 17, 1999 at "The Joint" in Los Angeles. They played a 9 song set. They played "Plastecine" last night around 10:30 PM. It was on the specialty show with the DJ - SKYCHIEF. Other specialty show hosts are Matt Kennedy, and Brian & The Beast.

Title: SHB Studio Update

Okay!!! Shane was amazing in the studio!! He was blistering!!!! He freaked everyone out in the studio with how well he played the four songs that we are currently recording!!!! He's a monster both live and in the studio, those of you who have seen him live know what I am talking about!!!

Steve and I are back in there today to finish up some guitars!! Things are turning out so nicely that we have decided to spend a little extra time on these songs! I will be doing my vocals next week.

The only set back is........ The mastering lab here in Los Angeles won't be able to get us in until the 20th of this month!!! We were hoping to get in a little earlier, but that's how it goes!!! Then the master goes to the Duplication center for pressing the CD's and getting all the CD Booklets and Tray cards printed, which takes a few more days, And the booklets will include lyrics.

So the big picture is............The CD should be available around the first week of August, give or take only a couple of days!!! Thank You for your patience!!!The EP will be released on our very Own Label....."BABY PEA RECORDS"

The 4 songs on "Vegas Mechanics" will be:

Title: SHB puts finishing touchs on 'Vegas Mechanics'

Shad, Shane and Steve went back into the studio on Wednesday, July 7th, 1999 to finish the band's EP record. 'Vegas Mechanics' is tenatively scheduled to be released in mid-July. The band will spend the next several days fine tuning 'Vegas Mechanics'. Check your local record store for 'Vegas Mechanics' and help support the Shad Hills band. Title: SHB to release an EP!

Because it has been taking a lot longer than we had anticipated to complete our record and negotiate the paper work that goes along with these deals, we have decided to release an EP! The EP should be complete by the middle of July and will consist of 4 or 5 songs for everyone to enjoy while we tackle the mountain of completing our other songs!!

You guys rock more than you know! You are the best fans in the world!!!!

I know only a handful of you have heard any new material from the band, but that will change shortly!! Myself along with the rest of the band can't thank you enough for your patience and support!

OK PEOPLE!!! Shad and the rest of his band, including his brother Shane and brand new guitar player Steve Glazer from Pittsburgh want to extend a heart felt thank you to the more than 9000 people that joined the SHB mailing list within the past couple of weeks! The response was so overwhelming, that we had to go into a second print of SHB stickers to meet the demand!!

We are still in shock at how many people actually saw and remember Shad & Shane. Shane play with bands like matchbox 20, Wallflowers, Foofighters, Creed etc.
