The list below will be used for 2009-2012 tournaments
Example:
Turkey finished 11th at the end of 2008-2009.
2010-2011 entries for Turkey:
2 clubs at UCL (one at Group stage, another at Best Placed Qualifiers Round 3)
3 clubs at UEL (one at Play-offs, another at Qualifying Round 3, and another at Qualifying Round 2)

All countries will reserve their first UEL entry to their domestic cup winners.
England and France use their last entries for the League Cup winners (if they haven't qualified otherwise)
