Interclub Carnivals are displayed on the Club Notice Board and are also listed below. All members can enter the Invitation Carnivals. The programs are devised to give children experience in competitive swimming.
Support your Club, have an enjoyable family picnic and watch your children compete. Please note that all entries for these events must go through the Club's Race Secretary. Entry fees for District carnivals are the member's responsibility and will vary from carnival to carnival. You must include your NSW Capitation number on your entry cards.

It is advisable to be at the carnival venue at least one hour before the carnival commences. This is to allow for warm-up and withdrawals. It is the responsibility of swimmers at carnivals to claim their own cards and report for events. If, after having submitted entry cards, you are unable to swim for any reason, withdrawal must be effected in the following manner:
1. Where unable to attend the carnival, advise the Club Team Manager, who will notify the host Club at the appropriate time;
2. Where attending the carnival, but you wish to withdraw from a particular event or events, advise the withdrawal official at the carnival, making sure this is done before withdrawals close for the event.

The Team Manager is the spokesperson for the Club at all times - at all carnivals. All Club members come under his/her control at carnivals. The Team Manager is the only authorized person to protest or inquire into anomalies that may take place or appear to take place at carnivals.

All members are considered for selection in teams for relay events at carnivals and teams for the South Coast Interclub competition.
