Andrew
earned M.V.P. status at the Can-Am Sevens Tournament in '97 and
impressed at the Canadian National Sevens when his side Bayside
won the Championship to win his first sevens start at Punta Del
Este followed by the Japan Sevens in 1998. He played a season
in Australia with G.P.S. Old Boys in Brisbane.
Member
of Canada's 1998 Commonwealth Games Sevens team, which finished
5th, he played in eight Tournaments of the inaugural 1999-2000
World Sevens series, scoring 7 tries for 35 points. Canada finished
6th in the world, and won the Plate competition in the 2000 NZ
Sevens In 2000, Andrew played for the Canada team which won the
Cup at the Chile RWC Sevens qualifying Tournament.
Andrew
played in the Canada team to the January 2001 RWC Sevens in Argentina,
where we finished in the top eight, and he scored 2 tries.
In
the 2000 - 2001 WSS Tournament, he has played in the Durban and
Dubai Tournaments, scoring 4 tries for 20 points.
