A
Canada Under 19 choice against England and Wales in 1990-91,
he toured to Japan with the Under 23s in 1993. A Sevens specialist
he has represented Canada at Taipei, Punta del Este, Hong
Kong '95,'96,'97, '98 Lisbon '96, Sevens World Cup 1997, Punta
del Este, Hong Kong and Japan 1998. Captained Canada at the
September '98 Commonwealth Games where Canada finished fifth.
Was capped at XVs for the first time against the USA in 2000,
and now has six XVs caps. Gregor is the most capped Sevens
player in Canada with 34 Tournaments, and 21 as captain.
In
the inaugural 2000-2001 WSS, where Canada placed 6th, Gregor
played in 10 Tournaments, scoring 7 tries for 35 points, and
winning the Plate in NZ and the Cup in the Chile RWC qualifying
tournament.
He
captained Canada to a top eight finish in the RWC sevens in
Argentina in January 2001.
