Made his XVs debut against the USA in 1997, and has 28 caps at XVs.

Although born in Orangeville, Ontario attended University of Ulster and played for Irish Colleges and Ulster U23.

A graduate of the PacificSport program, where he was one of its fastest runners, he played in eight consecutive Xvs tests for Canada in 1997.

Played against the USA in 1998 Pac Rim series and against Uruguay and Argentina in the World Cup Qualifiers 1998. Played in all 5 Epson Cup matches, against Wales and England and in all three 1999 World Cup games.

Has played in all of Canada's 2000 tests scoring his first try against Samoa. Made his debut for Sevens in Dubai in December 2000.
