The Jitter bug
the jitter bug
we danced to the jitter bug.

Tore up the rug dancing the jitter bug
Tore up the rug with her big lug
dancing the jitter bug.

That is all we do
nothing new

but dance the night till 2 doing the Jitter Bug.
One night she met Doug
dumped the Big Lug
and quit the Jitter Bug.

Now all Doug and her do
is dance to the tune of Boog-a-loo.

All that we do is boog-a-loo through out the day and the night.
It's boog-a-loo, boog-a-loo to our delight.
How long will we continue to Boog-a-loo
around the corner there is something new.
