We have got our money and you better believe that it come good for we had not a nough to get a chew of tobaco. I sent $10.00 with a package that went to Bill Stroh. I suppose that you think that was a small amount to send but we had no money for 4 months and I owed some and some I kep. I kep $8 and have $5 left but you will have to pay the postage for I can’t get no postage stamps a round here. And we ar a bout a miles from camp a building corderoy roads but I suppose you want to know what that is. It is building roads out off logs and covering them with dirt it makes a good road in this country for it is nothin but sand and pine trees.
