Another Friend
The day before my last, we went to a town called Rottleberode. Here, another friend of mine lived. Her name was Nadine. She was a sweet thing and a gracious host. She took us to a place called Zunfthof. Here, there were all kinds of fun things to do. There were swings, bridges, body shaped doors, and a waterworks setup. We walked to the waterworks and there was a young boy and a young girl working hard to get the waterworks to work. When the young boy saw us, he immediately began issuing orders for us to start doing different jobs around the waterworks. He tried to tell me what to do and somehow I made him understand that I didn’t understand. So he grabbed my hand and showed me how to work the pump. It must have been very comical to see us working so hard for child foreman. We eventually got into a water fight and all ended up soaked. It was so much fun. That little guy was quite the slave driver.
Can you see the windmills?
