. . . Calling of the circle is one of the most powerful forms of "magic", as noted in the bible: "Where two or three are gathered, there am I in the midst of them".
Come and see my power circle - real friends who aren't afraid to walk in should the rest of the world walk out.
In our world many generations have come and gone where dragons have faded into myth and legend...
William Shakespeare, an aspiring young bard, was seeking out material for some of his dramatic dialogues when he came upon one of these legends... To his surprise, the giant beast could speak all the languages of mortal man and even those of the lesser fairy folk that dwelled within the depths of the forest.
"So magic really does exist?" young William asked.
"Magic is the underlying force of all who exist on this planet. Mankind, Fairykind, and the creatures on the in-between are bound to this force, some can even bend this force to their will while others go through life never seeing what created them." the dragon answered.

It was these forces that allowed the bard to see the dragon in any form at all because for some unanswerable reason bards, the very old, and the very young seemed to be connected to the magic more strongly than others. Some believed that this was the source of William Shakespeare's talent and phenomenal journeys through poetic and dramatic verse.
While Shakespeare has now become legendary himself, the bard's spirit and link to all that is magic still remains a part of what the dragon tried to teach him in his youth. Everything is connected...through magic!
"Any suffciently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
~Arthur C. Clarke
