        As a chef I thought it would be cool to include some of my recipes for all you drunks. SO HERE WE GO.

 

            

CHICKEN NEW ORLEANS

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

   

12 pcs     Airline chicken breast

2 lbs        crawfish tails (with fat)

2 heads   napa cabbage

¼ cup     small diced smoked bacon

¼ cup     chopped garlic

1 can      rotel tomatoes

2 cups     copped tomatoes

2 tbsp     whole butter

1 cup      Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp     lard

               salt and pepper

               olive oil
