Hmm...I think the way to get ur chocobo to fly is to goto a chocobo forest and talk to the moogle. After choco has lift off, look round the world map for a circular shadow. When you find it, providing you are flying, then use a dead pepper and he will shoot up. That answers that one, but I'm sorry I dont know about the chocograph.

Well it wasn't such a brilliant idea ignoring the chocobo game :( as it could have helped you out with some helpful items along the way, but if you get them now they'll seem pitiful.... First, decide whether it's really worth starting the Chocobo quest as it is....really........boring trying to find all the hidden chests, as well as annoying (i'm surprised my playstation/disc has survived!!!). You can get a decent sword for Zidane (Ragnarok) as well as other weapons for the rest of your team in Memoria (the pink blob above the Lifa tree), but Chocobo is the ONLY mode of transport to get to Ozma, the FF9 equivalent of Ultima or Emerald weapon. Well, if you're prepared to sacrifice long, tiring hours, and if you're feeling lucky, then here's how to get going. You've probably done this, but go to the Chocobo Forest and talk to the Moogle that lives there (Kupo!). He will explain about chocobo hot and cold. This may seem a pointless little minigame, but keep digging until you find a Chocograph. Take your trusty Choco out into the world map and use the clue and find the location that fits the picture. If you dig around it'll work like the hot 'n' cold game, just wait till you hear something that doesn't sound like the poor bird is dying of boredom, then dig around wildly. Again, you'll get some items, and you'll still be thinking that the whole thing is pointless. But, you must keep on goin anyway. Back to the forest and dig for another Chocograph.(You see now that you need a hell of a lot of PATIENCE.) Eventually, you will dig up a chest that will contain chloroform or something, but anyway, you will go to sleep and Choccy will talk to the Chocobo king. He will talk some crap then change the colour of your Chocobo. You can now go more places on it! Carry on like this for a while longer (Weeks, not hours) and you'll end up with a gold chocobo! Now get some dead peppers and start digging places of the map that look peculiar.... Krocker9185 says-
Well... Levelling up is surely no bad thing, but it does get frustrating if you cant get on with the game, so here goes. Assuming youve already been told that you need to dress up as a girl, Go to the clothes shop in the bottom sceen and talk to the owner. Go to the bar in the second screen and talk to the man on his own by the door. If you pick first choice, second choice when he asks you which type of dress you want, you should get the best one, silk dress. Go back to the clothing store and Cloud will try on his dress. Then he'll put it back and you should head to the gym. (It's a good idea to save right now) Hopefully youll win the minigame or you wont get the best wig. Collect your wig (At this point, you should decide whether you want it over and done with straight away, or try and get the most out of this game by collecting all the items of clothing so the Don picks you for his, err.. eventful evening...) and head back to the clothes store if you want to get on with it,(just go back up to the dons mansion from there and carry on with the story) or read on to find out how to get the rest of the stuff. Next, make sure you have at least 250 gil, and talk to the man in/next to the pottery shop. When you choose an answer, pick the top one twice, and go to the inn and pay 10 gil. Youll end up in front of a vending machine. Buy the 200 gil item (itll get you the best Tiara) and give it to the man, to collect your tiara (diamond is the best). Then proceed to the sushi bar and order something fom the chef. After youve finished, tell him it was nice, choose the third option and youll get a coupon. Go to the restaurant and give the coupon to the man on the toilet. Hell give you the Sexy cologne. Talk to the large, white shirt man to get a card. Go to the brothel, and talk to the bouncer. Aeris wont go in with you, just leave her outside. Whatever you do in there, make sure you come out with either the Lingerie or the Bikini Pants. Now, you can go to the clothes shop, dress up and head to the north building. Happy in the thought that you are getting the most out of this epic adventure, and I dunno, maybe itll change the ending or something?......

This shouldn't be too much of a problem, as its just a case of knowing where you're going. First, there is nothing to do in Costa Del Sol unless you plan on wasting 300,000 gil buying a villa. So head out of the town onto the world map. Got towards mountains and you'll soon find a bridge (still on the world map). Cross that. You'll find an entrance that looks like a cave in the mountains. Go in and carry on through. Soon you will end up at an abandoned reactor. Carry on from here by going downwards. This will eventually lead to the town of Corel. Hope this gets you where you want to be!
