WE are a Napa Valley guild of Virtue and Honor. OtR holds the truth to be self evident that to truly have honor, you must have all the other virtues. Without ALL the virtues, there is no honor. We welcome all who are of honorable character within our doors, and within our hearts, for OtR is a family, not just a guild. The bonds of respect, honor, justice, loyalty, truth, faith, and courage bond all among our ranks. We strive each day to do our best, to become a little better within ourselves, and in our game skills. We will treat others with the respect and honor that they deserve. Earn the respect of others through our actions, words, and deeds. We will try to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Not by doing it for them, but by helping them do it for themselves. WE will help our members to gain skills, and share the knowledge that we have gleaned to assist each other. We do not tolerate any dishonorable act, words, or deeds from our guild members.
