#236-Baruki


Baruki is pretty well hidden in 
the mountain in between Enju 
City and Choju City. Hopefully 
you'll be able to find him with 
these pictures. And remember, 
you must only bring 5 Pok魯n with you or 
you won't be able to take Baruki 
with you. You will need Pok魯n with 
Flash, Surf, Waterfall, and Strength 
to reach Baruki. Baruki can evolve 
into Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, or Kapoera 
depending on his stats. If Baruki's 
Attack is higher than its Defense 
it will evolve into Hitmonlee. 
Defense higher than Attack - Hitmonchan.
 If its Attack and Defense are 
the same it will evolve into Kapoera.
  
[Pic1]Surf past the first mountain entrance east 
of Enju City and enter this middle one. 
[Pic2]Surf into the water right at the 
entrance and head north up a waterfall. 
[Pic3] Head through the door and you'll want 
to keep to the right on the other side. 
You'll need to surf across water and navigate 
through a semi-tricky 
maze to get near the top.
    
[Pic1]You'll find this ladder leading 
down at the top left corner of the maze.
[Pic2]This portion of the maze is 
pretty simple, when you enter head to 
the right and up and around until you 
get to this ladder. Make sure you don't 
go down any ridges. If you do you will 
have to start ALL over again. Stick to 
the top part.[Pic3]Defeat this Karate 
guy and he'll give you 
Baruki.
Marril

And don't forget to get Marril on your 
way out of this cave. You'll have to 
walk around to get him, Surfing or 
Fishing will not help you. If you're 
having troubles locating him, go outside 
the cave (on the eastern most 
exit) and talk to some guys. One
 will e-xchange phone numbers and will 
call you once you have a better 
chance to catch one.

EEVEE
Stop by this house in Kogane City to 
get your own complimentary Eevee. 
If Bill's not home that means you 
haven't met him yet. Bill is located 
in the next city's Pok鍡rt. 
Have a slot open for it though 
or you won't be able to get it. 
Another way to get Eevee is by 
going to Celadon City and paying 
6,666 coins for one in the Game 
Corner.
 
The two new Eevee evolutions, Eefi the 
Psychic one and Burakki the Evil one, 
are not evolved by level. There is 
speculation that you must make them happy 
enough to evolve, similar to 
getting Pikachu happy enough for Melanie 
to give you Bulbasaur in Yellow. After a 
certain amount of time with Eevee it 
will evolve into Eefi during the 
day or Burakki during the night.
There is a guy in Kogane running a 
"Happiness Center" that will make 
your Pok魯n happy for 300 bucks, 
or 500 bucks other days. He's in the 
underground path between the two 
houses. He will only do it once a 
day.
This is where you take Eevee to be happy

#213-Tsubotsubo

On Taban City talk to one of the guys 
when you only have 5 Pok魯n in your 
lineup and he will give you Tsubotsubo.
