Whether it is mass mailing or mailing out a single letter, printed mailing labels give any letter a professional look. Microsoft Word makes printing out labels simple with its user friendly process.

Create your own Envelopes

To create a single envelope, follow these steps. 1. Open Microsoft Word.

2. Click on Tools, and then Envelopes and Labels.

3. Click on the Envelopes tab.

4. On the tab, enter the address the letter is going to , and your return address if you are not using company envelopes.Otherwise, check the omit box for this instance. The screen should look like this.

5. Follow the proper feeding instructions as the picture shows, and make sure it will correspond with your printer settings. If you can not feed this wat, click on the picture and select another feeding option.

6. You may also need to change the envelope size depending on what size you are printing. Click on Options, and you may select the proper size and appropriate fonts. Click ok when done.

7. After this, hit print, and you will receive a printed envelope with a professional flair.
